Delegates are invited to bring a poster presentation. Speakers may also bring a poster to augment their talk. Details of poster sizes and guidelines are given below.
The following poster titles have been received so far:
Poster guidelines
The display boards are 4 feet wide by 8 feet high, the following diagram shows recommended sizes, A0 and 2A0, to fit these boards. Please make a clear title at the top of your poster. You may bring your poster as a set of A4 sheets, you can fit up to 16 A4's in an A0. The first sheet could be a title, contact details and website. Please make the font large enough for the visually challenged. Drawing pins and Velcro will be available. Small tables will be provided in front of the display boards for exhibits.
For those who wish to submit their posters electronically, please send pdf, Powerpoint or Word documents to Edward Mayer. Edward can print in full colour up to A4 size only.

Have a logical and consistent layout so that it is easy for the reader to find what they want. Consider how to guide reader - page numbers, top to bottom, left to right, arrows. Consider your use of color, space, text and graphics.
